Desk lamps and fires

I just noticed a sticker on my computer desk lamp. It reads, "CAUTION: TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE USE ONLY TYPE BLAH BLAH BLAH BULBS".

Gee thanks, but next time can you suggest the type of bulb that will completely eliminate the risk of fire?!

CAUTION: EVEN IF YOU USE THE RECOMMENDED BULBS, YOUR HOUSE MAY BURN DOWN TO THE GROUND

Or,

CAUTION: TURNING ON THIS LAMP IS A FIRE HAZARD
