Kids under 5 face drowning risk: report

NO SHIT!!!!

Because of this ridiculous report they are talking about giving kids swimming lessons in school? How about making parents responsible for watching their kids? Let's put the onus on the kid to learn how to swim! Stupid kid.

My point is, accidents will always happen. Are swimming lessons really useful in this situation? Do they throw the kids in a frozen pond with all of their clothes on? Maybe whack them on the head first?

If you are a government department looking for someone to conduct another report such as this... I'll do it!! Easy money.
